Newve makes eco-minded trainers designed and produced in Felgueiras, Portugal, with a barefoot collection alongside some sportswear styles. I like that they work with recycled and bio-based materials, such as uppers made from cereal waste and soles that reuse rubber and old tennis balls. The barefoot models are described as zero drop with a wide toe box, and the brand focuses on non-animal materials.
