Monk Sandals is a small Polish company making minimalist sandals by hand, to order, in Sobótka. The range is unisex running and walking sandals on Vibram soles, either 10mm or a thinner 5mm, with cord toe-post styles and leather or cordura footbeds. I like that they publish printable sizing templates, so you can check the fit before you order.

How Monk Sandals fits

These are made to order huarache-style sandals, so I'd print the brand's 1:1 template and check your foot on it rather than going by your usual shoe size. Leave about 3mm front and back, and tighten the straps at first because they ease off as the sandals settle.
